How we started
Pastry chef, Nina Brigandi, was born in Thailand and graduated from college as a Nutritionist.
At this early state of her life, she developed a great love and affinity for preparing healthy and balanced meals utilizing the best of ingredients. She immigrated to the U.S. and worked as a chef in several New York City restaurants, where among her duties, she began to be trained in making desserts and pastries.
Thereafter, she attended The Institute of Culinary Education in New York, in the Pastry and Baking Arts program, and graduated with highest honors.
Upon graduation, she decided to open her own business making specialty cakes, for any occasion including cupcakes, and cake-pops.
Chef Nina loves her career choice and looks forwards to working with her customers to achieve complete satisfaction.
